Our services may be delivered online, in person, through live sessions, recorded content, downloadable materials, workshops, courses, group programmes, consultancy, or corporate engagements.
2. Not Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice
Transform You Now does not provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, clinical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support.
Our services are educational, coaching-based, reflective, developmental, and wellbeing-focused.
You are responsible for deciding whether our services are suitable for your needs. If you have a medical condition, mental health diagnosis, trauma history, addiction, suicidal thoughts, self-harm concerns, or any urgent wellbeing issue, you should seek support from a qualified medical, therapeutic, or emergency professional.
If you are in crisis or immediate danger, contact emergency services or a crisis support service in your location.
3. Results and Outcomes
TYN services are designed to support personal insight, growth, clarity, emotional awareness, resilience, behavioural change, and practical development.
However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, income, business performance, relationship outcomes, health improvements, emotional changes, or personal transformation.
Your results may vary depending on your personal circumstances, level of engagement, readiness, consistency, external environment, and other factors outside our control.
Any testimonials, examples, case studies, or client stories shared by TYN are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase TYN services unless otherwise agreed in writing and with appropriate parental or guardian consent.
For youth-focused, family-focused, or parent-child services, the responsible adult must complete the booking, provide accurate information, and remain responsible for the child or young person's participation.
We reserve the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services where we believe our services are not appropriate, safe, or suitable.
5. Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through the approved booking system, payment link, invoice, or written arrangement provided by TYN.
Payment terms will be stated at the point of purchase or booking. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before the service, session, course, workshop, or event begins.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during booking is accurate, including your name, contact details, email address, billing details, and any relevant intake information.
Prices may change at any time. Once you have purchased a service, the price confirmed at the point of purchase applies to that specific booking.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
6.1 One-to-One Sessions
If you need to reschedule a one-to-one session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full. We may, at our discretion, allow one reschedule depending on the package, circumstances, and availability.
6.2 Packages
Where you purchase a package of sessions, the package must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase or agreed in writing. Unused sessions may not be refunded once the package has started, unless required by law or agreed by TYN in writing.
6.3 Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Digital products, downloadable resources, worksheets, recordings, templates, guides, and similar materials are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded, unless required by law.
6.4 Workshops, Events, and Group Programmes
Refund and cancellation terms for workshops, events, retreats, group programmes, or corporate sessions may vary and will be stated at the point of booking. If no specific terms are provided, payments are non-refundable within 14 days of the event or programme start date.
6.5 TYN Cancellations
